Jess loves our firm's upbeat environment and positive team spirit! She has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience and enjoys working with clients so much she often forgoes vacation time. But one thing she definitely can't say no to is peanut brittle!

As our Operations Manager, Carla has over 13 years of accounting experience and is our Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online expert. She is also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor! Carla is our client on-boarding specialist and provides set-up, training, and support. When she is not in the office, Carla enjoys travelling, cooking, and watching old movies

As part of the Management Team at Furlonger Associates, Natalie uses her strong organizational skills, positive attitude and commitment to her client's success to help small business owners achieve their goals, both big and small. She is a lover of French fries, golf, a good glass of wine and a balance sheet in balance!

With 13 years of accounting experience, Leanne is a tremendous asset to our team. As an Account Manager, she is currently working towards her CPA designation and is qualified to handle a variety of complexed tax issues. Leanne proudly takes an active & personal interest in each of her clients. You can often find Leanne spending quality time with her family while watching her favourite sport - baseball. Go Jays Go!

Nicole's experience includes several years working directly for small businesses as well as for large accounting firms. This gives her the ability to ascertain the needs of small business owners while utilizing strategies she's learned working with larger corporations. Outside the office, Nicole spends her free time training at the gym.

Alex is committed to using his excellent time management skills and process efficiencies to provide his clients with accurate and detailed accounting and financial reporting. When he isn't at work, Alex is either playing soccer or watching it as he is, admittedly, a complete soccer fanatic.
